Medico-Legal Case Management
Sara is an established and well respected Case Manager, working with Bush & Co to support people following catastrophic or life changing injuries as a result of personal injury or clinical negligence. She is regularly instructed by claimant and defendant solicitors to support clients with their rehabilitation.
As a Case Manager, Sara is responsible for:
- assessing clients as individuals and their current and future needs;
- putting a plan in place based on these needs for a successful rehabilitation with clear, manageable goals included;
- implementing the plan alongside the client to run at a pace they feel comfortable with;
- monitoring progress with the client and responding to changing needs based on the injury; and
- co-ordinating all the relevant care and support clients need whether that be accessing statutory services, therapy and rehabilitation, financial support as well as education, vocational support hobbies and lifestyle choices.
