What the clients say
“Sara has worked with the University of Derby over a number of years providing tutorial guidance to groups of students on the BA in Applied Social Work exploring their attitude formation and value base as part of the Attitudes and Values module. This has also involved facilitating students in developing group presentations and receiving and marking presentations. Sara has always been professional, reliable, organised and consistent. Feedback from students has positively reflected on the support she has provided”.
Senior Lecturer, Derby University
“Sara clearly put considerable time and effort in the planning of the lecture and she worked hard during the session to involve the students. It was clear from student responses that they found the session engaging and relevant. Questions were encouraged and responded to well. She made good ‘connections’ with the students and moved around the room to make contact and discuss points during group work. Sara took time to explain and provide further examples when necessary. A very well-planned and well-structured session. A variety of learning activities were planned in and used effectively. Presentation well-designed”
Senior Lecturer, Derby University in feedback regarding a direct observation of the delivery of a lecture to Year One Social Work Degree Students
“I have worked with Sara over a number of years, drawing on her expertise on a regular basis. Over the past three years I have requested Sara’s help on several different pieces of work, including acting as practice mentor to qualified social workers, marking of portfolios, teaching and training undergraduate students and long arm practice education of students. I will continue to work with Sara as long as she has availability, as I know that she always carries out work of a very high standard and is a committed, enthusiastic and reliable practitioner”
